Sectaris Partners is a network of consultants with deep experience in the administration and innovation of local public agencies, school districts, and nonprofit organizations. We help you fulfill your mission with the strategic and administrative support you need.
Our consultants bring hands-on expertise in public administration, fiscal management, grant development, organizational crisis response, and regulatory compliance. We have sat in the administrator's chair, answered to elected boards, and delivered under public scrutiny, and we put that experience to work for your agency.
Thoroughly planned board retreats customized especially for your agency, and support gathering and analyzing the data to update your strategic plan. We help boards and executive teams set direction with confidence.
We step into the manager's or general manager's chair during a vacancy or transition, keeping your agency steady while your board takes its time finding the right permanent hire.
Ongoing part-time executive or administrative capacity, sized to a small agency's needs and budget, without the cost of a full-time hire.
Defined-scope work with a clear finish line: strategic plans, board retreats, fiscal and audit catch-up, and compliance projects.
Hiring a leader is the single most important decision a school board makes. Our consultants bring decades of combined service on California public school boards, and we work on behalf of your board to find the visionary, accountable leader best suited to your district.
